The new cafe features a spacious interior with plenty of seating, a key upgrade from the more intimate setting at the original.
One of the first places I ever reviewed on this platform, De Clieu’s downtown Fairfax location has always impressed me with its friendly staff, diverse drink menu, and delicious food options. The new Legato location keeps that tradition alive but with more space to relax and enjoy your coffee. It feels more open and even quieter, while the original has a cozier, small-town vibe with tables packed more closely together.
With ample parking in the small plaza and a wide variety of cookies and pastries to complement their great coffee, this new De Clieu spot is perfect for anyone who appreciates their downtown Fairfax location but prefers a bit more breathing room. Fans of the original will find the same high-quality experience here, maintaining the stellar service and menu that’s been a hit in Northern Virginia since 2014.
