Northside Social

When most people think of Northside Social they think of a coffee shop or cafe. It's so much more than that. It is a great coffee shop with plenty of drink options and it is a cafe with a full breakfast and lunch menu. They go well beyond that. Their menu is bigger than the typical cafe. Their sandwiches are made fresh as well as pizzas. Soups and salads as well for something lighter. They don't just offer many options but they do them well. The bakery case is always full of choices making you want to over order. The most difficult part of Northside Social is trying to decide to order what you had last time that you liked so much or try something new because so much of it looks incredible. Adding to the list, it's also a wine bar. Giving you a reason to come back late night and enjoy a glass of wine. Looking for a place to sit and get some work done, this is a perfect place. They have plenty of seating both upstairs and down. As well as outdoor seating on the first floor and the second. Enjoy your meal on one of the eight tables on the upstairs balcony. I can't promise there will be a seat available considering it gets filled up pretty quick. Especially on the weekends. But no matter what time you come during the week you'll always fine people enjoying this atmosphere working on their laptops. It really is one of the best places to do so in the area. I highly recommended checking out either location of Northside Social. The only negative I've found is the parking. The Arlington location isn't the easiest parking because....well it's Arlington. But the Falls Church location isn't great either. There is a public parking lot not far and street parking but it may take a little time finding a space. But it is worth it. Want something sweet, cupcake, scone, muffin, bar, you'll find plenty good ones here. Sandwich, pizza, salad, soup, that's here too. Coffee, latte, seasonal drink, yup. Wine, relaxing, place to work, it really has a lot more than you'd expect.
